For over 3 weeks now, news had gone viral in the media that the 5-months-old marriage of Nigeria’s popular celebrity couple, Tiwa Savage and Tunji Balogun has hit the rocks.

(NEWS) ALICIA KEYS SURGES A RALLY IN NYC. 'Bring Back Our Girls'

Six months on since more than 200 Nigerian schoolgirls were kidnapped, Alicia Keys is bringing their plight back into the public arena.The singer-songwriter held a protest in New York to raise awareness about the 219 Nigerian schoolgirls who remain missing after being kidnapped by Boko Haram militants in April.

Alicia kicked off a protest with 30 others at the consulate general of Nigeria, holding signs that read "We Are Here" and "Safe Schools Now!"
They chanted "bring back our girls" as New Yorkers walked up the street during lunch hour, while others stopped to capture photos and video.
Keys, who is pregnant, said in an interview that she felt touched to take action since she is a mother. Her son, Egypt, turned four few days ago .Keys was joined at the protest by her husband, producer-rapper Swizz Beatz.
The parents and other relatives of the missing 219 school girls complain that they have been left to rely on a diet of rumor from the media and a long list of unfulfilled promises from the politicians, BBC reported.
         
"The government must do more to get the girls back," says Muhammad Yahaya, whose teenage daughter Yana was seized from the school by Boko Haram militants.
